Quick Start

You can power on the Liquid Skateboard in two ways:

Auto ON

Simply start rolling forward The board will turn on automatically.

Button Press

Press the power button once.

When the board is ON, you’ll see LED indicators on the side of the deck showing battery level and system status.

The Liquid Skateboard will automatically power off after 5 minutes of inactivity (when the wheels haven’t moved).
You can also manually power it off with a long press on the power button

Because the board powers on automatically when it moves, we’ve introduced Pause Mode for safety and control—ideal when handing it over to a beginner.

To pause the motor assistance, press the power button twice quickly (double short press).A flashing LED animation confirms Pause Mode is active.

In Pause Mode:
– The sensor is deactivated (no LED will light up).
– The board rolls like a regular skateboard – no power delivery.

To exit Pause Mode, double press the button again.

Just like on a classic skateboard, use your foot to brake on the ground. You can also slow down naturally by moving your rear foot off the sensor. The board stops assisting and coasts freely.

When going downhill, the board also applies a braking force to help keep your target speed.

Yes! Even with an empty battery, the board rolls smoothly thanks to low rolling resistance, lightweight design, and slim wheels. You can keep skating it almost like a normal board.

Typically 10–12 km, depending on your weight, terrain, and cruising speed. Example: a 75 kg rider cruising at top speed on flat ground can expect around 11 km.

The cruise control keeps you at speeds up to 22 km/h. You can go faster by kicking, but there’s no motor power above 22 km/h — it’s freewheel.

Yes. You need to kick up to at least 3 km/h before the motor assistance starts. This keeps the board safe and prevents accidental starts.

About 2 hours with the standard charger.

The electronics and case can handle splashes and light rain. Still, we recommend riding on dry ground: wet roads reduce grip, wear out your bearings faster, and shorten deck life.

After about 500 full charge cycles, the battery retains ~80% of its original capacity. For most riders, that means roughly 5,000+ km of riding.

There is no app. This skateboard is about breaking free from devices that get in the way of your interaction with the product, helping you focus on the essentials.

Yes, the battery is below 100 Wh and can typically be carried in hand luggage.Always check your airline’s policy first. Some will ask you to have the board as a check-in and the battery as a carry-on.

Even though you can technically change the front trucks, we don’t necessarily recommend it as its geometry matches the one of the rear truck which holds the motor and cannot be changed.

Yes, the wheels are 75mm 78A PU and can be changed to identical diameter wheels.
