Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order or are built to order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet in stock or not yet available. The full payment is collected at checkout, and your order is delivered at a future date.
You may cancel your order at any point before it leaves our warehouse. You will receive a full refund, with no fees deducted. Once the board has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the order will instead fall under our Returns Policy.
Uncollected or refused deliveries
If a package is not collected from a parcel pick-up point, or if delivery is refused, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases:
- The return shipping cost and a 5% reprocessing fee (calculated on the order total) will be deducted from your refund
- Any re-shipping costs will be charged separately if you request redelivery
How to cancel
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@liquidskateboard.com with your order number. We'll confirm whether cancellation is still possible and guide you through the next steps.
